Description:
Implant dentistry has become a significant aspect of oral healthcare. Although a multitude of implant procedures or approaches exist, the most common is the single tooth replacement. The immediate implant placement restoration is a predictable, scientific, and clinical approach to maximize outcomes. This lecture will show the evidence-based and clinical protocol perspective to the IIPP approach. Strict "step-by-step" protocols and decision trees will be discussed through a case-based learning style.
Objectives:
Understand the indications for the IIPP approach
Learn "step by step" IIPP procedures
Gain knowledge in implant selection, biomaterials, and osteotomy approaches to enhance esthetics and osseointegration
The Boston MaxiCourse is a 300-hour AAID course. The program is designed to give a thorough understanding of diagnostic and treatment modalities necessary to properly treat patients with dental implants.
Case-Based Learning Methods
MaxiCourse utilizes case-based learning methods that will include lectures, demonstrations, interactive seminars, hands-on sessions, and relevant reviews of literature emphasizing evidence-based learning.
Hands-On Experience
